Why not find out today?
Struggling to get things done?
I’m no Elon Musk-
But 18 years in the corporate world taught me a thing or two.
These 3 productivity hacks NEVER failed me.
━━━━━━━━━━━
1- The Sunday Routine
━━━━━━━━━━━
7 years ago, my boss’s boss shared his routine-
Every Sunday evening,
He would check his agenda for the upcoming week.
Initially I didn’t get it.
But years later I understood-
It’s not about being addicted to your job
It’s about mentally preparing yourself for what's next.
Anticipating and preparing yourself saves you time (and sanity).
━━━━━━━━━━━
2- The Two Minute Rule
━━━━━━━━━━━
When I've first heard about David Allen’s Getting Things Done rule-
I put it on a post-it in front of me.
It's as simple as it sounds:
If an action can be done in two minutes or less-
Do it right away.
I love it because:
• it’s applicable in any context
• something gets done immediately or forever forgotten
• puts off the “I will do it later” trap as a decision needs to be made right away
The efficiency cherry-
If the action takes longer to write and track than doing it, you are wasting time. Just do it.
━━━━━━━━━━━
3- The Meeting Skeptic
━━━━━━━━━━━
I love challenging meetings.
And this is how I do it.
I decline meetings without:
• defined objective
• expected outcome
• unknown contribution
When I send an invitation, I ask myself:
• can it be an email
• am I ready or need to finish my work beforehand
• what do I need from the attendees to make progress
But the rule above all-
Never stop asking if a meeting is the best use of your time. Make your time count.
━━━━━━━━━━━
Read all the way to the end?
━━━━━━━━━━━
Wait patiently until tomorrow-
When Part II will follow
With MORE hacks.
Until then-

I will teach you all my productivity and focus tips to make it feel like a honeymoon.
I don’t need another app. I need clarity.
Here’s what actually changed everything 👇
I tried them all—Notion, Trello, Asana, Miro.
Built dashboards. Tagged everything. Organised all.
They looked amazing.
But they never stuck.
Because the problem wasn’t the tool.
It was trying to force a system that didn’t fit me.
Not how I should work.
How I actually work.
The game changed when—
I stopped chasing perfect productivity and started designing personal clarity.
Now my system is:
• Simple
• Flexible
• Based on energy, not schedules
And the best part?
It doesn’t matter where it lives.
What matters is it works underneath.
Clarity first. Tools second.

✨What's one thing that made your system stick?
I'm curious—drop it below.
Might help someone else too 👇
@AlexAndBooks_ Ah no 3!
I still feel bad writing/highlighting on books. Trying to change it but still couldn’t find the heart to do it… feels like I’m ruining them.
Starting to feel like a pizza? 🍕
I was.
Meetings. Deadlines. Notifications.
Even dinner decisions were taking a slice.
I was getting things done—
But it didn’t feel good.
It felt scattered. Overwhelming.
That’s when I realized:
Productivity wasn’t the problem.
Alignment was.
@umangv_@petergyang@MavenHQ I’ve been playing with @EthanEvansVP AI and it’s been gold. I highly recommend it, precious actionable advice behind.
