Someone asked Namjoon how he maintains his habit of reading and he said that he recently coyldn't read books at all, he also keeps watching reels and stuff and got addicted to dopamine, he believes it also has an impact on his sleep... he purposely keeps books where they're visible and so there's no choice but to read them
