Had very bad customer service at @BootsUK Heeley retail park in Sheffield…disabled customer just wanting to exchange a no7 concealer,as ordered wrong colour,so went to the no7 stand & picked up the correct colour & went and queued only to be told I couldn’t exchange the item coz
