Unbelievable poor customer service in the account services department. I know you record calls. I've never had a rep talk over me and then refuse my ability to talk to a supervisor. I'm canceling for sure.

@sprintcare Called to inquire about my lease and to inquire about canceling my services. I got transferred to account services. The woman ac was rude, I asked for a supervisor because of attidude. She refused to transfer, when I repeatedly ask for one she became hostile & hung up

@HumanaHelp shame on you for having a faulty system that allows parents to incur astronomical charges for dental visits for their children that should have been covered. The system allows you to pick a dentist that is covered only to find out it was the error on the system.
