4月28日，上海。张永振教授的东华病原生物学研究所被上海公卫中心关闭，学生们在实验室外拉横幅维权，要求恢复正常科研工作，期间遭到公安和保安的维稳，双方发生肢体中途，有学生在维权中倒地。当天晚上，张永振教授赶回实验室，带领学生们坐在实验室门外继续和公卫中心抗争。据悉， 疫情期间， 张永振教授带领团队率先破译并公布了新冠病毒全基因组序列。
4月27日，实验室一名学生“年年在搬家”发帖解释了整个事件的来龙去脉，他称公卫中心在没有任何沟通的情况下，单方面要求张永振教授及其团队在两日内搬离实验室。因为此事不仅影响了个人毕业的课题进度，还损害了团队利益，于是决定将此事曝光。
“年年在搬家”称，2018年3月底，上海公卫中心与张永振教授团队正式达成为期5年的科研合作协议，原协议规定张永振在公卫中心的工作将于2023年3月结束，但2022年10月31日下午，公卫中心负责人告诉张永振教授合作协议到期，从11月1日起将不再合作。11月2日下午，公卫中心发给张永振教授一份该有公章的��面通知函，通知张永振教授团队终止协议，并要求张永振教授及其团队限期离开。11月9日， 张永振教授做出回复，表示团队与公卫中心的协议并未到期，希望对方履行协议中的责任义务。
2020年2月，上海公卫中心向中国疾病预防控制中心传染预防控制所发商调函，商调张老师来上海公卫中心工作。但截至目前公卫中心仍没有办理张永振教授入职，导致张永振教授成为了事实上的失业者，无法正常享受公费医疗等保障。而为了顾全大局，维护党的形象，张永振教授至今都没有办理失业证明。
“年年在搬家”还透露，团队为新冠溯源做出了大量贡献，而公卫中心书记范小红却不断给团队制造麻烦，2021年中下旬多次停发，张永振教授报酬，同时克扣拨协议规定的700万元科研经费，导致团队无法正常进行科研活动。除此之外，范小红还利用职权把别人的科研课题据为己有，争夺没有实质贡献的论文通讯作者，以此获得更多名利。不仅如此，范小红还免除团队宋志刚老师p3实验室负责人职务，并全权接管实验室，但“年年在搬家”质疑范小红的专长为肺癌治疗，“一个完全不懂病原学研究的人竟要直接管理生物安全p3实验室，究竟意欲何为？”
截至目前发文，该篇文章已被平台删除，据团队学生于28日21时58分发布的照片显示，张永振教授仍躺在实验室门外，身后还有两名保安看守。

当然其实从白纸运动大家早就应该意识到，真正的变革是必须全社会一起努力的。在白纸之前，学生单独闹过，工人单独闹过，市民单独闹过，个别地方政府单独放开过，但最后都没有成功。
只有社会上的每个阶层都愿意付出力量和牺牲，最后才有迎来改变的可能。而那几天就是这样的一个情况。所以最后中国人才拥有了正常生活。
如果没有这样��一场全国范围的反对动态清零运动，还要等多久，不知道，但是至少我敢肯定“三刷流浪地球”是不会出现了，淄博还能不能因为烧烤火一把也很悬。
当然了，最后政府直接躺平快速过峰造成的责任又全部推到了最弱势的学生们头上，这是后话
我觉得大家需要��白的是，真正的变革必然是整个社会一起努力的结果，而且过程是必然有牺牲甚至带血的，白纸运动或者叫全国反动态清零运动也是如此。你今天在国内的自由也是有一些人用自己的自由换来的。除了我们知道的，还有我们不知道的。
所以并不是一些人幻想中一些人站出来吼两嗓子就可以的。也不是什么这样做才有用那样做没用。
动态清零之后，是否有一个可以让人们再次凝结在一起，尽管理由不同但是目标一致的契机，很难说。
