@perrycynic @DCSas What are these “typewriter” rules? I assume most people are not setting their typing in lead type faces. I learned to touch type in my teens and it was definately two spaces. One space after a “full stop” in emails looks like the author doesn’t know how to type.

@g2490C @iamrobinskies On what basis? Look at the stats, but that would involve checking your assertions. The only driver of US growth is data centres and the speculative AI market. The rest is completely flat. They’ve got a stranglehold on the rest of us in tech. That’s the real issue here.
