I work in the tech industry and while I am not a hiring manager, I do have influence in my company over getting people into roles and internal job opportunities that are not public. We need to create a group for White rockstars like this guy and put them into internal roles on a personal recommendation, this will boost their resumes, and I can network internally for candidates like this. I know I am not alone in this.

This is the purpose for demographic replacement.
