launchpad 2: @MeteoraAG: apparently backed by Kelsier/the cabal, M3M3 platform in particular funneling funds to Chow et al., again launches at too low of a MC and can't do concentrated LP on M3M3

theoretically, with time, the "gains" achievable by any entrant are the same as a traditional launch model...it's just over a larger time horizon

this creates a holder base that isn't constantly angry at the other "dumpers" getting out 100x when they bought 10x higher
