@cath422@myhiddenvalue@elonmusk Does MSM normally report on drink/drug driver crashes in the Caribbean with 0 casualties? How would we fit in every drunk accident across the world into our news bulletins?
@UnderARock_Game By the sea, or lake if there is one, on stilts stretching out across the water. Preferably facing west to sit on the balcony to watch the sun go down after a busy day exploring 🥰
@suzydfauria@krassenstein@PaullyMichaels Here in the UK, you would learn that they are called arabic numerals in primary school, especially when also teaching roman numerals, which are included in our early education. It seems strange seeing so many people not knowing their numerical system is called arabic numerals.
@UnderARock_Game I don't think I would build next to it without casing it out thoroughly. I still maintain by the sea or lake is the go to spot for me, though if there was lots of goodies to mine, I would have to find the nearest water to it 🤣
@SevitorOfNox@NickBuckleyMBE When you only have one door to alight and disembark like British busses, yes. This, though, is a Portuguese bus where you alight at the front and disembark further down the bus.
@UnderARock_Game Never had any of those, maybe not sold here, but Rockos look like would be my first grab if they were all sat in front of me, though also do like the occasional sour sweets 🥰
@UnderARock_Game Does that mean we are going to have seasons? If so, please let us in to experience these cozy autumn evenings before the winter sets in 😘
@ThomasBoyl5252@ianbremmer VAT is put on certain goods no matter where they are from. If I buy a toaster, there is the same VAT percentage, whether it's from the US, China or the end of my street. It's what the majority of the world uses as taxation. The US has more or less the same thing, Sales Tax.
@hnnngmnk@ianbremmer So the US is going to get rid of their VAT equivalent, sales tax, and no longer subsidise any US company? The figures even excluded service industries in the US which is a major export across the world.
