@ICICIPruLife According to your customer care payout was processed on 23/06/2026 by NEFT with UTRN number: CMS5732750433. But I've not received the payout in my bank account. I've raised this issue with the bank as you can see. Now give me an idea what exactly is the issue & whose fault is it.

Gas cylinder booked on 11/06/2026. Reference number 1260808000040296. Still cylinder not delivered. Diptojyoti Gas Distributor, Kolkata never delivers cylinder in time, never picks up phone. Repeated complaints in the past has given no resolution!!! @hpgasservices @MoPNG_eSeva
