@jambay There's prior are for worse solutions: creds on a VPN-internal page (but without auth), unencrypted docs in Dropbox, any sort of shared document that isn't special purpose (Google docs). Depending your threat model, a notebook in a locked desk drawer isn't a terrible approach.

@gsiener @Spotify @Breaker Podcast Addict: solid default settings, but insanely customizable in ways you didn't know you needed. I used to use Pocket Casts, but they revamped their UI a couple years back and I hated the changes. Podcast Addict is what I replaced it with and it's fantastic.

The implicit return hides important information, information I want when I'm reading the code. Ruby forces me to go digging for it.

Writing significant Ruby for the first time & don't think I'll ever really love this language. I can't get past implicit return. It's such an anti-feature to me, making code changes much harder. I have to constantly be on guard, asking myself various questions, like

I've always been quite smug about how much better Seattle smelled than other cities (looking at you especially, NYC). It turns out my city also smells like hot garbage when they days get in the 90s & 100s. Really looking forward to things cooling off in a few days.
