@PLDTHome our internet connection has been so turbulent the past 5 months and a couple of days ago your customer service promised us 36 hours till reconnection and it’s still not fixed.

We are going to cancel our subscription and move to another internet provider.

@reachthefinals I cannot seem to launch the game. I tried updating my drivers, giving full access through firewall, unlinking embark id, reinstalling, verifying game files, and running through administrator.

Need help pls
