@Beckerjason1 @taintedavenue And in this case with the stick, 3.8cm is actually small. A splinter size so the skewer was likely compromised in some form or another (not food grade, not properly sealed, etc) and a splinter ended up breaking off into the food without her knowing, scarring her throat

But in this case she needed skin grafts on her thighs and genitals due to the burns she received. Normal hot coffee does not do this, its bc of the extreme temp.

@Beckerjason1 @taintedavenue The hot coffee case judged in the woman's favor because the coffee at the time was being heated to around 200°F to prevent it being cold when people got to work, the issue with this is any spills caused 3rd and 4th degree burns.

@LeafySky22 Someone else had posted it (but I believe credited you) it unfortunately labeled it as ai and so as I was searching for a new phone wallpaper I found this and almost didnt use it bc it said ai on Pinterest but im glad I dug deeper and saw u dont use ai
