@JustEatUK Quick question. Do you ensure your driver's can read? Twice a week I get a delivery not intended for me or my address. It appears your driver's stop at just the house number! They are also rather rude. Also does anyone reply to complaints via email?
Proceeds of Crime Act 2002(POCA) and why British PM Sunak should be worried.
As more details emerge from explosive testimonies and questioning from Australian Senators currently investigating Pfizer and Moderna we all sense a revealing of the potential corruption and profiteering from many within Big Pharma including Pfizer and Moderna and those connected to them.
British Prime Minister #Sunak is a case in point. He invested an incredible amount of money into a company he helped set up called Thelema Partners in a notorious tax haven in the Caymen Islands. Through this company he went on to invest $500 million into Moderna. He must have given a great deal of thought to his involvement with Moderna. He must have looked closely at them and made the decision that he would get involved deeply, invest heavily expecting a return on his investment and even went on to allow his Government to allow them to set up further business interests within the UK knowing that he would benefit and profit personally from this arrangement.
There are now questions being asked. If Moderna fraudulently lied about trial data. If any criminal act took place Moderna would lose any indemnity from prosecution. Essentially their assets could also be seized under legislation that already exists within British Law. I would draw your attention therefor to the following and suggest that this act as well as The National Security Act might also apply to Sunak in particular if harm can be proven to have happened to people as a direct result of his investment into Moderna and the vaccine rollout which he supported and approved and which he stated was "safe and effective" in the British Parliament. The proceeds of Crime legislation may also apply to him personally. Lets take a look at what that could mean.
The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) is the primary legislation in the UK that deals with the confiscation and recovery of the proceeds of crime. The legislation was designed to target criminals' ill-gotten gains and to prevent them from benefiting financially from their illegal activities. Here are some key features of the Proceeds of Crime legislation in the UK:
Confiscation Orders: POCA allows authorities to obtain confiscation orders that require individuals convicted of certain offenses to pay back the financial benefits they gained from their criminal activities. These orders are based on the assumption that convicted individuals have benefited financially from their crimes, even if the assets or money obtained cannot be directly linked to specific criminal acts.
Asset Recovery: The legislation enables law enforcement agencies to recover assets that are believed to be the proceeds of crime. This includes properties, vehicles, money in bank accounts, luxury items, and any other assets that can be linked to criminal conduct.
Money Laundering Offenses: POCA also includes provisions related to money laundering. It criminalizes the act of acquiring, possessing, or transferring criminal property, which is any asset derived from criminal conduct. It places obligations on banks and financial institutions to report suspicious financial transactions to authorities.
Civil Recovery: In addition to criminal proceedings, POCA provides for civil recovery orders. Civil recovery is a non-criminal legal process that allows law enforcement agencies to recover assets believed to be derived from unlawful conduct, even if criminal charges cannot be successfully pursued.
Investigative Powers: The legislation grants law enforcement agencies extensive investigative powers to trace and identify assets obtained through criminal activities. These powers include the use of financial investigation orders, account freezing orders, and production orders to access financial records and other relevant information.
International Cooperation: POCA includes provisions for international cooperation and mutual legal assistance to facilitate the recovery of assets held overseas by criminals involved in cross-border criminal activities.
Enforcement and Penalties: Failure to comply with confiscation or civil recovery orders can lead to penalties, including imprisonment, fines, and the seizure of additional assets.
I think its time to take a closer look at the British PM and what hes been doing financially. The Law and the British people expect nothing less. No one is above the law not even a sitting British PM. @Official_MI5@siralexyounger #VaccineInjuries #ExcessDeaths #UK
@scotty_mac1986 Not really open for debate though and you can't really compare. Different generations and the games changed in many ways. Fergie v pep now? Only one winner I'm afraid.
@RonCashman@JamTarts Can't continually ask for 5 or 6 new players each window!! No plan b or any youth players to step up. Injuries aside blame lies with management and players who continue to underperform
