तकरीबन 2 करोड़ 4 लाख नाम कटे

इसके बाद SIR की प्रक्रिया बंद कर दी गई, लेकिन चुनाव आयोग ने असल खेल इसके बाद शुरू किया

जुलाई से सितंबर के बीच बड़ी संख्या में चुनाव आयोग ने वोट डिलीट भी किए और जोड़े भी - तब ना फॉर्म-6 चल रहा था, ना फॉर्म -7 चल रहा था

लेकिन सबसे बड़ी धांधली कुछ और थी 👇

13,150 लोगों के EPIC नंबर वही रख कर उनके नाम बदल दिए गए

मसलन

पुत्र: रसीतल
उम्र: 33 साल
लिंग: पुरुष

पर अब उन्हीं के EPIC नंबर पर आपको दूसरा नाम मिलेगा

नाम: हसरत
पुत्र: रमजान अली
उम्र: 33 साल
लिंग: पुरुष

मतलब उसी EPIC नंबर पर पिता और व्यक्ति का नाम बदल दिया गया - साफ़ है, चुनाव वाले दिन यह वोट नहीं कर पाएंगे

यह एक ही विधान सभा पीलीभीत सदर 127 में हुआ है - संशय है यह बड़े पैमाने पर हुआ है

Justice is not a favour bestowed by judges. It is their duty, and the very purpose for which citizens established the judiciary and continue to fund it with public money.

If the judges wanted to dismiss the petition on the ground of an alternative legal remedy, why deliver an unnecessary lecture on matters entirely irrelevant to the case?

Why does it matter whether Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka belong to Gen Z or not? Is the Constitution different for Gen Z, millennials or any other generation? Incidentally, one of them is indeed Gen Z.

The judge remarked that they initially raised students’ issues and are now pursuing other causes.

So what? Who decides which issues a citizen can raise, the citizen or the court?

Have they signed a lifelong agreement to confine themselves to students’ issues? They are free to demand electoral reforms, judicial accountability, political reforms or any other constitutional change. Since when did courts acquire the authority to decide which public causes citizens should pursue?

Then comes the reference to arson and violent protests in other countries. What relevance does that have to these protesters? You cannot presume that someone will become violent merely because protests elsewhere have turned violent.

Where is the evidence of violence by these students? During their earlier protest, it was the police who used force against them, including batons and pellet guns. Yet the protesters are portrayed as potential troublemakers, while the conduct of the police escapes similar scrutiny.

Since when did peacefully waving the Indian Tricolour at Jantar Mantar become a threat to public peace?

What exactly happened that disturbed public peace? Was there any violence, fighting, intimidation or disorder attributable to these protesters? If not, on what factual basis were the conditions of their peace bonds treated as violated?

A breach of peace must be established through facts and evidence, not presumed from the political cause someone chooses to pursue.

Most importantly, if the petition was being dismissed because an alternative remedy was available, what was the purpose of commenting on their generation, their choice of movement and incidents of arson in other countries?

A court is expected to adjudicate legal rights and obligations, not deliver unsolicited sermons on which causes citizens should support or how they should exercise their constitutional freedoms.

The entire hearing gives the impression that the priority was to lecture the petitioners rather than examine their grievance and provide a reasoned judicial determination.

Citizens approach courts for justice, not for moral lectures on their political choices.

इंडिया टीवी की पत्रकार मीनाक्षी जोशी ने एक ऐसा वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बना दिया है जिसपे सबको हैरानी है.

यूपी मे SIR हुई. MEENAKSHI JOSHI का नाम फाइनल लिस्ट मे आया. लेकिन इनका वोटर कार्ड मे नाम किसी पुरुष के नाम पर कर दिया गया

अब मजेदार बात देखिये

मीनाक्षी ने सुबह 7.48 पर ट्वीट किया
यूपी के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने शाम 7.16 पर इस ट्वीट पर रिएक्शन दिया

उसके बाद नोएडा SDM इनको पर्सनली फ़ोन करते हैँ रात 8.50 पर

और रात 9 बजकर 32 मिनट पर इनका इशू सोल्व हो गया.

मतलब 24 घंटे मे SIR मे हुई गड़बड़ी को ठीक कराने वाली पहली भारतीय बनी.

सोचिये जिस SIR के चलते 13 करोड़ वोटर्स अपनी नागरिकता को साबित नहीं कर पा रहे,

वहां एक सरकार समर्थक पत्रकार को SDM खुद फ़ोन कर रहा है और 1 दिन मे मामला निपट गया.

इस उपलब्धि के लिए मैं इनको भारत रत्न देने की मांग करता हूं. आप क्या कहेंगे इसपे??

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी के सौरव दास और आशुतोष रांका को स्पेशल एक्जीक्यूटिव मजिस्ट्रेट ने पांच दिन की रिमांड पर भेज दिया था.
फिर एक दूसरे स्पेशल एक्जीक्यूटिव मजिस्ट्रेट ने रिमांड दो दिन बढ़ा दी.
लेकिन इस खबर की पूरी बात सामने नहीं आई.
देखने में लगता है कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने इन्हें डिटेन किया और फिर 24 घंटे बाद अदालत में पेश किया और मजिस्ट्रेट ने रिमांड पर भेज दिया.
लेकिन यहां कहानी थोड़ी विचित्र है
पुलिस ने पकड़ा, पुलिस ने पुलिस के सामने पेश किया और पुलिस ने रिमांड पर भेज दिया और फिर पुलिस ने ही रिमांड बढ़ा भी दी.
दिल्ली में स्पेशल एक्जीक्यूटिव मजिस्ट्रेट ACP रैंक का पुलिस अधिकारी होता है, वो न्यायपालिका का हिस्सा नहीं है.
इस मामले ने 5 दिन की रिमांड पर भेजने वाले स्पेशल एक्जीक्यूटिव मजिस्ट्रेट दिल्ली पुलिस के ACP महेश कुमार मीणा हैं
और रिमांड बढ़ाने वाले स्पेशल एक्जीक्यूटिव मजिस्ट्रेट दिल्ली पुलिस के ACP ऋतु राज हैं.
इसी तरह संविधान और नागरिक अधिकारों की धज्जियां उड़ाई जाती हैं.

Important:

Here’s something that a LOT of people don’t know about what’s actually going on with Delhi Police.

CJP’s Saurav Das & Ashutosh Ranka have been sent to 2 more days of judicial custody in Tihar Jail.

By a judicial court? NO.

They have been kept in Tihar Jail for the last 6 days on the order of a Special Executive Magistrate (SEM).

Who is an SEM? He is an ACP-rank (junior) police officer of Delhi Police appointed by the state govt.

Therefore, Delhi Police arrested Saurav & Ashutosh & now a Delhi Police ACP (acting as SEM) is keeping them in jail.

There’s no FIR against them. There’s also no judicial order.

Delhi Police are the accusers & well as the judge when it comes to keeping them in jail.

That’s how messed up it is.
