Recently they are not even ready to honour 10 year warranty which was the main reason that i had gone with them. Really frustrating, unprofessional experience.

@reliancejio @JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw @singhvarun My JIO app does not accept ICICI multiwallet prepaid card with merchant category code (mcc) of telecom which is strange since JIO is a telecom company.Emails and SR raised are not answered and no concreate action. Please assit.

@bankofbaroda @singhvarun @RBI @nsitharaman Before closing the complaint ask the branch manager to share with you whether both principle and interest component has been mentioned in the certificate for the entire year which is the original ask. Is this simple request so difficult to understand by branch manager?

@bankofbaroda , @singhvarun ,@RBI , @nsitharaman a simple request for provisional interest certificate for my home loan is pending since 10Apr. Escalated to nodal officer on 2nd may but in vain. In this age of banking, is this the kind of service expected?

@bankofbaroda @singhvarun @RBI @nsitharaman See the screenshot attached in the previous tweet. It clearly indicates that the issue has not been resolved and still it is closed by the branch for the 2nd time. I have reopened it. Is anyone checking with the customer before closing the complaint?
