One of the most beautiful battleships of the Royal Navy, but it arrived far too late. It is inquestionable that the 15"/42 rounded gunhouses made a beautiful combination on a modern battleship. I dare say it would be more efficient than the KGV class. Imho

@kalfs Another gun that I think would be cool on the Conte Di Cavour and Andrea Doria classes is the 381mm/40 Vickers/OTO. But for eight of them (4x2) , it would be an extremely expensive remodel. How did Fuso and Yamashiro use 10 guns of 41cm/45,that probably fictional plan.
