Dear @GM and @gmfinancial Shame on you the way you handle final payment when the customer is on auto pay. And your refusal to fix it is INEXCUSABLE. Completely disgusted by your practices , and NO ONE ANSWERS 1-800 robo calls with no identifiable caller attached. Horrible

Dear @GM @gmfinancial your policy of randomly STOPPING auto pay when final payment is due on payoff of a company vehicle is HORRIBLE and negatively affects loyal owners. NO ONE ANSWERS ROBO CALLs that do not identify themselves either. I will never be a customer again. Awful
