@Mid_NightCheese @UncleSamsReject He’s talking about the in game music. Which, not every game has a streamer mode. But if the game uses copy written music, wouldn’t the license be given when the game is purchased? Since game makers are stressing we only buy a license to play the game now

The statement, "I don't want to spend 3k - 4k for a decent PC". You don't. This is a build I whipped up via Microcenter for under $1500. You could get VERY GOOD, to GREAT 1440P gaming. Well into 4K with FSR 4. In most gmes, 4K/60FPS no upscaling.

If steam started charging PC PLAYERS to play online, there are multitudes of other gaming stores people can buy games from.
