My daughter, pregnant of 20 weeks came and visited us in San Francisco with her first child of 10 months and incoming flight was changed to Swiss air and 1 stop and lost her pre paid seats . and now her flight back home is also cancelled and she is losing what she paid again and you don’t care, god bless you was the answer from your rep tonight. WTF ?. When was the last time service, pregnant,meant something to you ?
