We have already made a negative impact on American tourism revenue by SHOPPING CANADIAN, which in turn gave Canada its best tourist season ever. Continue to do the same thing with cars and shop Canadian only. Keep your money in Canada supporting Canadians.
When we cannot see some clear sky above the horizon in the morning that generally means we are in for a cloudy day here. Oh well, we have just had weeks of nice sunny weather so we have nothing to complain about. It is 6 degrees now and heading for a daytime high of 11 degrees.
The cool weather is here to stay. Soon these red chairs will be stored away before the snow begins. Some parts of Newfoundland and Labrador have already seen snow. We get at least some here right around Halloween so it could happen and time now in low nighttime temperatures.
A young red fox on the side of the road looking for handouts. Sadly the tourists who fed them are gone now and this little guy will probably not make it over the winter as he does not know how to hunt for food. I wish people understood this before they feed wild animals.
Dead Cow Parsley all along the coastline. These highly invasive plants can grow 6-8 feet high and are about the size of large sunflowers. Their dead stalks are as strong as a bamboo chute once they dry out.
A meadow filled with starlings. They fly together in their hundreds making wonderful murations as they go. Real aerial acrobats who have perfected formation flying. Have you ever watched this?
