It's astonishing how much the California @DMVWeb has improved. I had a hiccup with a private party vehicle purchase (elderly seller filled out pink slip incorrectly) --live chat, get-in-line-now, and a 60 second window visit at the Carmichael DMV solved it. Nice work!
