Then, after finally getting an offer, I was begging them to find a bundle price for tv and internet. They wouldn’t give it. Then they got disconnected twice. This took over an hour of my evening. Please help. I attempted to call customer support and only got links for chats.

@XfinitySupport terrible customer service experience. I tried calling only to get links sent to my phone to chat with a rep. I was trying to lower my internet bill. It took 45 minutes to get an offer after telling them repeatedly I don’t need cell phone service.
