Translation:

Had to contact the warranty service because a small line appeared on the screen of a TV we bought from Damro. (Honestly, not even sure if it was there when we bought it we’re not the type to inspect stuff that carefully before buying).

First, I called the hotline, but it was busy, so I just hung up thinking, “It’s only a tiny line anyway.” Then out of nowhere, they actually called me back 😅. Didn’t expect a hotline to call back like that.

After explaining the issue, I asked whether I needed to take the TV back to the branch where I bought it, or if I could just hand it over at the nearest Damro branch. They said none of that was necessary they’d come home and pick it up themselves.

Since the kids would’ve caused absolute chaos without a TV, we had cleaned up and set up the old TV again. But then these guys came, took our TV, and left another TV of the same type for us to use in the meantime 😅😅.

No need to even mention that they repaired it and brought it back home too.

Now if they had brought some rice and kottu for the house on their way back and forth, that would’ve completed the service 😂.

Now that’s what you call a proper warranty 😇😇

@HarshadeSilvaMP @Chathurangaab By any chance can micro enterprises be worked out with leaveway in coming 3 months. Institutions with less than 20 employees get a 3 month delay for EPF ETF statutory payments without penalties. This would allow some breathing space for local micro enterprises.

4) Increase sync with people who can speak in English, mainly for foreigner handling.

1) please review cctv to see the chios caused by missing staff in duty stations
2) please see that BIA arrivals do not have water or food stations to even feed children. Alcohol duty free ! Yes!

@BIA_SriLanka For 24 hours some passengers are stuck here, without baggages getting released. Please facilitate. Only 1 staff member to handle close to 7 airline queries. Stuck in here from 215 am. No belt assigned for baggages.
