@leaderonlineUK I am waiting for a refund on a returned door that you collected on 27th Feb. Given this is now 3 months ago and I’ve been promised a full refund by 5 members of your team on 5 occasions, please escalate to your management team as I don’t think this is acceptable.
@uscfashion I have returned two orders that were in accordance with your return policy and within the return period. You have accepted them but refunded a small fraction of the order totals. Can you let me know why this has happened?
@marksandspencer really disappointed with some clothing I bought online recently. I’ve sent several emails to customer services and not had a single reply. Really bad experience with a brand I’ve always trusted.
Had a new #worxuk Robot Lawnmower arrive that’s immediately proven to be faulty. Trying to get this sorted with the company has been a nightmare. Be careful when selecting where buying gardening products if you want good customer service.
@AppleSupport@AppleSupport unable to do anything about their product developing a fault at 27 months. Massive concerns about their products going forward. @Apple I’m really disappointed in your product support.
@AppleSupport please could you explain why my local Apple Store won’t fix/replace my 27 month old iPad which has developed a fault with the home button? Is it not covered under the UK Consumer Law as it’s well within 6 years.
@VolvoCarUK why when I buy a used car from one of your dealerships with 12 months Selekt warranty am I having such issues trying to make a claim due to it being setup incorrectly. Really disappointed that the buying experience has been so poor.
