3. People must get a direct value from it.

If people can’t see a direct intrinsic value from your community, they will just leave. For example - a self improvement community.
It’s extremely hard to track ‘self improvement’ as it’s so broad. It’s not something like your weight or a monetary figure that people can tangibly see.

Pay close attention to who you let in your circle.

I was working with a pretty cool guy

Seemed like he wanted everyone around him to win.

As soon as I started having a lot more success in my industry and started leveling up my network, he switched up.

Bro started acting weird and spreading fake rumors trying to tear me down.

Point is. not everyone wants you to succeed.

There's gonna be people secretly praying on your downfall even if they act cool.

Find this people and get rid of them immediately.

In 2021, I invested almost every penny I had into learning the skill of sales.

Courses, mentorships, etc.

And the results I got were tenfold.

Within 6 months I was making $10k+/mo.

Looking back, the best decision I made was investing in myself.

Not only was I able to learn from someone who's achieved exactly what I wanted to, but I was also able to do it in half the time it would've taken me otherwise.

You can always make more money..but time is the one thing you can't get back.
