Florida’s Orange County school district banned cell phones for the entire school day, even during breaks. So kids can’t use them during class and they can't use them during breaks. They have to keep phones in the backpacks at all times. There’s a "We see it, we take it" policy.

"And on the first day, more than 100 phones were confiscated from students. In the following days, confiscations dropped dramatically. This school district has seen a drop in bullying and a rise in student engagement. Teachers report that there has been "newfound life" injected into the classroom. NEW: Texas is punching back at the Biden administration by reportedly putting up storage containers as a make-shift wall at the southern border after federal agents raised razor wire with a fork lift to let migrants in.

Texas AG Ken Paxton said in a lawsuit that "federal agents used hydraulic-powered pallet forks to rip fence out of the ground, holding it suspended in the air in order to wave more than 300 migrants illegally into Texas."

Federal Judge Alia Moses handed Texas a win in this lawsuit, saying the Biden administration must stop "disassembling, degrading, tampering" at the southern border.

JUST IN: Hedge fund billionaire Leon Cooperman thinks college students have “s**t for brains” and is done donating to Columbia University after the school failed to fire a professor who called the Hamas attacks “awesome”

Cooperman, who graduated from Columbia, has donated a whopping $50 million over the years and demanded that the school fire this professor but the school refused.

“We only have one democracy in the Middle East. That’s Israel and we have one economy tolerant of different people: gays, lesbians, etc. And that’s Israel.”
