@SujaeBoswell You missing the point. The government currently is making investments at all levels. As it relates to crime and eduction I don’t there is a strong correlation. I’m the 70-90s there were lower literacy rates and crime was lower.The issues is the lost of our morals and values
I disagree, this generation has zero interest. Currently government Carries the financial burden of primary, secondary and up to 80 of tertiary education.
We need to focus on better parenting and changing some of our maladaptive cultural norms.
Investing in education must be a key strategy for reducing crime rates in the long term.
This means greater prioritization of funding for schools and resources to support learning for our nation’s children.
There are learning gaps which must be addressed.
