@LawrenceVisions@ausstockchick@KatieGrace2022 I’ve been investing my ( mortgage repayment) or what it was for 8 years now since we finished it , in etf’s .
The new changes to CGT , have me questioning things .
But I actually love my routine atm , have every afternoon to myself to workout, cook and spend time with my wife
@ausstockchick Lower yes , but not significantly 5-10% and I wouldn’t be surprised if Perth just slowed and stalled. 2 million new migrants in 2 years on 457’s aren’t buying homes straight away
@ausstockchick Nearly 2 million new residents in recent years , they mostly don’t just rock up on 457 visas and buy a house in the first 3 months . Things will slow over the next 12 months, and then it won’t. I’m not as pessimistic
@Matt_Camenzuli@karlstefanovic@TRobinsonNewEra Nothing he said was actually false though, this is the way some people feel , and the polls do say people have lost trust in institutions
@AJG_87 Young inexperienced, inconsistent team , that needed a full list rebuild 5 years ago , and were slowly getting rid of the deadwood.
There trying hard to be better , rather than just being “ fucking trying”
@mannman478749@AJG_87 Maybe “shattering” , but I was up and about yelling at the tv enjoying footy , rather than being 50 points down at halftime.
I’m just loving the growth
@MattMcC1074@ausstockchick I’m originally from the uk , been here 26 years , my brother is currently buying a average 3 bed semi detached, no garage home in fleet 60-90 mins out of London $1,4m dollars , he’s had 5 yr growth 15% . This notion that homes are SO expensive here is silly
