@ausstockchick Nearly 2 million new residents in recent years , they mostly don’t just rock up on 457 visas and buy a house in the first 3 months . Things will slow over the next 12 months, and then it won’t. I’m not as pessimistic

@MattMcC1074 @ausstockchick I’m originally from the uk , been here 26 years , my brother is currently buying a average 3 bed semi detached, no garage home in fleet 60-90 mins out of London $1,4m dollars , he’s had 5 yr growth 15% . This notion that homes are SO expensive here is silly
