Families are having to choose to eat or heat.

@ranukohlis My flight/luggage only involved @lufthansa . MUNICH to MANCHESTER. Day 16 with no information. Imagine it’s even worse for those with connecting flights further afield especially involving other airlines too

Day 15 of #lufthansalostmybag & of course nothings changed. I did ring up though and got told to expect my bag in 7 to 14 days of the flight but they have no schedule. I did explain it’s already been 15 but then the CS just went quiet and asked me if there’s anything else 😑😑😑
