@Apple you boast that iPhone XS is waterproof for 30mins up to 2m deep. I drop mine in water for a second and Face ID doesn’t work, front camera unusable, volume buttons don’t work. But Milton Keynes store say won’t replace my 6month old faulty device?! 😡🤷🏻‍♂️ WHY?! @AppleSupport
