@samuel_leeds You paid 56 million THB for a CONDO in Thailand ?? Half of that would get you a large 4 bedroom private pool villa in Koh Samui overlooking the Gulf of a Thailand.
@samuel_leeds 56 MTHB is an insane amount of money for a villa in Thailand unless it’s absolute beachfront (which I am sure it isn’t). For half of that money you can get a villa with a sea view in Ko Samui instead of looking at a wall in Bang Tao. And no bumper to bumper traffic here
@prdthailand Why would anyone still want to visit Thailand if there is a risk that visitors cannot travel around the country or even get a taxi from the airport?
@TimurNegru Many of these houses are so cheap because renovation in compliance with local, national and EU building codes is often very expensive. And don’t think you can just simply not renovate.
The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive will ultimately force you to invest heavily.

@KhaosodEnglish The real reason appears to be that the price for domestically produced fuel is determined based on the price of fuel in Singapore where fuel is an extremely scarce commodity.
@SpecialSitsNews So Thailand has an "insulation factor" of 31% vs. Australia 68%? But 100s of filling stations in Australia are already out of fuel & jet fuel there is only secure until at mid-April? Thailand's refinery capacity is 5 times larger than Australia's & it has 3 months reserves...
@DJPopil No diesel in Bangkok ? That’s surprising. In the country side farmers are apparently hoarding Diesel. Here in Ko Samui , there is no shortage of fuel.
@Trinhnomics How is that relevant given that Taiwan and South Korea face a much more severe threat to their economies when the physical supply of energy is massively reduced?
@FlySWISS Why do you even bother to show multi-city flights as an option on your website when you actually don't allow such flights to be booked. No stopover bookable. Only to be found out after putting in passenger details. And, of course, no response from your "support".
@flyscoot What would be the rationale for Scoot Silent pax having to wait until 300+ other pax have boarded through door 2L so they can board through door 1L last where nobody is queuing anyway?
