@WestJet been waiting on a response since early September on a hotel reimbursement. Why can’t anyone provide updates on status? Months without response is ridiculous.
@WestJet@WestJet further, since there’s NO contact, what assurances do I have now that you’re even processing my claim? No one to contact, no one can provide updates months later. Can you direct me to your customer service and response time policies please.
