Bought a new laptop from @IncConnection yesterday afternoon. Just finished setting it up. It's ridiculously slow and the battery drains horrifically fast. Disappointing, and next week have to deal with the drama of getting it sorted out. Fun :'(

@Rbjacobs I was told that I can only make an appointment by going into the branch. No substantial explanation given. Then told that I can try make an appointment by emailing the manager directly. When I asked for the manager's email I was told that it can't be given to me. Very confusing
