Today, some of the books that shaped my life—and the lives of so many others—are being challenged by people who disagree with certain ideas or perspectives. And librarians are on the front lines, fighting every day to make the widest possible range of viewpoints, opinions, and ideas available to everyone.
If you aren't being challenged and learning new skills at your job, you should probably move.
Cybersecurity is changing every day. If you're an expert practitioner today, but stop updating your skills, you'll be a has-been (as a practitioner) in a few short years.

@MalwareJake Yes. Ethics are almost always fuzzy in social engineering to me. Many lean on fear tactics to get engagement. To me the key here is TRAINING the workforce to know how to respond to attackers leveraging fear, whether it be a health concern or the IRS coming after you in tax season
