@TLRailUK why run a fast service from STP to LTN (delayed 0758) only for it to crawl through north London on the slow tracks whilst we watch two later services to LTN speed past us? Especially when staff at STP specifically said this would be the fastest service to LTN

@TLRailUK Thank you. It would be really convenient if ticket offices at all eligible stations along the route could process this type of discount, not just stations managed by TL. Just in case we haven’t been able to buy tickets online or buy them from LTN in advance of our journey.

@TLRailUK I use the Luton Airport staff 50% discount for my season ticket. But I can’t buy this at my home station TBD. Is it possible to buy a full fare single from TBD to LTN, buy my season ticket at LTN that day and then claim a refund for the full fare ticket?
