She is not victim blaming. She’s explaining that a person trapped in a fire is, by definition, in the wrong place because being burned alive is unpleasant.

While temporarily living in the Little India neighborhood of Singapore last year, I would have full WEEKS of eating Veg/Vegan. Never missed meat during those times and it was always flavorful and satisfying. Indian cuisine is one of the most elite in the world.
