@SamsungUK No reference number given by either mastercare or Samsung call centre when I booked the engineer or on the calls I have had with them since but the call centre can find it on their system. I will spend another hour or 2 today on the phone with the call centre AGAIN!

@SamsungUK I have now been without a washer for over 3 weeks!! Waited a week for you to send an engineer who advised the washer was irreparable & been waiting over 2 weeks for you to email me the report for my insurance!! Numerous calls to call centres & messages sent!!!!😡

@sccstreetsahead pruned tree yesterday that really should have been taken down! Pulled fascia board off my house by phone wire & now won’t do anything till we receive claim form in post & get 2 quotes!! Left phone wire still attached & just strapped board to phone pole 🙈😡
