The sunset on the winter solstice was fuego. Had such an amazing time celebrating the shortest day of the year on this yoga retreat with meditations, journaling and sound baths. This past year was rough but heading into the new year with gratitude & abundance 🧘‍♂️🔥

OBS and Twitch update view count at different rates and it’s never 100% instantaneous

“Enhanced” counts people logged into chat, so if you have people added on chatterino (for example) but not watching you at that time it doesn’t count them as viewers on Twitch

Raiding is designed for working with a completely unmodified client watching the stream. So if someone is watching through something other than a browser or an unsupported browser, if someone has extensions that block raids, extensions that automatically leave raids, anything like that.. you’re not going to get exact view count on raids.

TLDR: I’ve gotten to the point where I’ve realized view counts are never 100% “real” and reading into them too much is brain poison for a streamer and a waste of time for a viewer.

Just do good fun content, be a good person, and foster a good environment. If you’re being yourself, eventually everything will turn out exactly like it’s supposed to.

Twitch is launching Stream Rewind on web soon for Turbo and Channel Subscribers. Mobile support will be available at a later date.

Turning 30 years old has been wild. From starting the year officiating one of my bf’s wedding, to enduring some hard life lessons & w/ both parents having cancer, to now surviving 8 weeks straight of Bach parties & weddings. Wedding luv guru era is coming to an end soon 🫶

Got banned on Twitch for 1 day, because of bot commands in stream title !socials (had it since 2018 in my title) and !kick, which is T&S violation since recent update in guidelines on redirecting viewers to live streams on another platforms.
