New grads start near $180K. Senior engineers earn millions.

And the talent pipeline?
🇺🇸 U.S.: ~140,000 engineering grads/year
🇮🇳 India: ~1,500,000
🇨🇳 China: ~2,500,000

Here’s the twist most people don’t know:
The new H-1B rules Trump enacted actually fixed the old abuse loophole , the one used years ago by Indian outsourcing firms to import cheaper labor.
That loophole is gone.

Today’s H-1B is geared toward bringing in top-tier global talent, the kind America desperately needs to stay competitive.

Because when the world’s best engineers can’t come to the U.S., they don’t stop innovating , they innovate somewhere else.
And U.S. companies end up opening R&D centers abroad, sending jobs, IP, and tax revenue overseas.

High-skilled immigration isn’t a threat to American workers.
It’s the engine of American leadership.

Limiting H-1Bs now doesn’t protect the U.S.
It protects America’s competitors.
