@annikadevils @MartinBrodeur Anyone who says he didn't carry the Devils didn't watch the games. He didn't coast to those cups. He had to play in pressure cooker games & stand on his head in a lot of them. The Devils weren't the 80's Edmonton offense. They struggled to score in many games. He's the GOAT.

@annikadevils @MartinBrodeur Facing 20 shots is not necessarily easier. If a goalie goes a long period of time without seeing a shot that brings its own complications and the margin of error is much smaller. Letting up 4 goals on 45 shots is a better save percentage than 2 on 20 but it's still 4 vs 2.

I'm 100% in agreement. I've lived that life and wouldn't trade it for anything. There are pitfalls that I'm trying to help the newer parents avoid 1 article at a time.
