The key to getting things done in a mid-sized (100-1200) company, especially one that's grown a lot recently, is your willingness to see things through to the end and internal refusal to be blocked.

@theStevenRuiz I was at that game. Videos don't do justice to the record cold at Gillette and the effect it has on physical abilities. Everyone's feet were moving. Not the best day for planting your feet against the Jet's pass rush.
