Another great day at SBG Fall Camp 2024. 🦍

Our Sunday morning started off with a bang as old-school SBG coach, @ChrisConolley took the entire room through some excellent MMA skills and drills. Particular emphasis was paid to takedowns against, and away from the cage/wall. His knowledge and understanding of the game is second to none.

That section was followed by @SBGidaho coach, Jesse Brock. Jesse is one of the best black belts in the world when it comes to blending wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu, and his defense series against the single leg showed that.

Our day ended with SBG SoCal head coach, Marco Sanchez. One of our younger head coaches, Marco brought enthusiasm, as well as great material, with a focus on connection and standing weight distribution for takedowns, as well as standing chokes.

As always, everyone heads home with notebooks full of new material, better skills then they had before they walked in this weekend, and great memories with new friends. And at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about.
