@DREOofficial Why is my app completely dead? You are having an outage, I’m clearly not the only person. What’s bad is that there is no ‘local’ failsafe here if you are at home on the wifi. When will this be sorted. It happens to be the hottest day of the year in the uk of course!

Well 2 hours and 20 mins and still no answer from the Samsung store in Westfield, Stratford. Terrible. It makes me consider how many defective devices they are selling people if the queue is this long. No wonder I have a problem with my device! @SamsungUK @Samsung @westfieldstrat
