On the cust srvc calls I felt like I was the one helping them. They offer no detail, no instruction. It’s like a game of Mastermind.
@TenspeedHero@UPS@ups told me to wait another 8 days while they investigate. They cannot provide updates, though. I get that it’s lost but how is that something the shipper or receiver needs to manage?
