@GarbageHuman24 It is a cultural trait in play here, not racism. When there is any issue, traditional Asians will not speak of it directly out of respect. They will do it indirectly such as dropping hints, actions like this, beat around the bush if they do speak so they save you face.

@Rabidcow1 @hartgoat I saw that too. But when I google it, there appears to be a difference between fructose syrup and high fructose (corn) syrup. The latter is what is common in the ingredients in the US. The former seems to be the better one.
