@DuncanBannatyne Well, maybe being made bankrupt isn’t something that should define and quash a person. Who would take that route deliberately or set up a business with the intention of it not flourishing. It seems @DuncanBannatyne is contributing much to many people. Hats off to you, Sir.

@British_Airways I get to go to Gatwick then Heathrow somehow managing two suitcases. Will get to Malaga 8 hours later. Awful customer experience.

@British_Airways Nope. Especially bad as our youngest child has difficulties. Check in lady seemed to enjoy causing us much hassle. Her colleague actually got her to think a little though. Turns out if they cared it could have been sorted. Any help available to get me from Htr to gtw please?

@British_Airways really rocking the Ryanair look this morning. Not enough people on bag drop at Manchester. Already checked in but cos of queue was told we were 5 mins late to get the bags in. Wife gets on plane with 2 young children and over 80 mins later they leave! WHAT?!

@sageuk @terenzeyuen I wanted to change the name of my company on the online accounts package. Website said I had to phone to do this. Do I did. Spent ages on hold. Was told i needed to send an email to the name change team. Frustrating enough that the web portal could have said send email

@VirginTrains why is it that the train managers sound surprised at the slow journey times and late arrival in to Crewe of the 1640 from Euston? It’s every Friday! Always delayed. Different excuse each time. Wonder what it will be next week?!

@premierinn Hi. Just a bit surprised that you would rather stick to the policy of not amending a booking that was done by mistake even though I have recently spent around 1.5k with you and was up for more. Short sighted gain of £131. I was proposing spending way more than that!
