@AirCanada @CapitalOne I have booked business class ticket from EWR to YVR, one month ahead of travel date. Everything is good until day of travel when I was given economy seat and was placed on queue for business class seats which eventually I did not get.

This is my first time flying in Air Canada. Neither Capone venture X or Air Canada staff know why I got economy seat when I purchased business class seats. I understand it is peak season for travel due to sports. But this first time experience is something I will remember. Thanks

@VerizonSupport the issue is fixed on Jan 5th.

For last 5 days, Verizon stopped working. Their tech team do not know how to fix it. Been talking with them every 12 hours and hear promises that they will fix it with in next 12 hours. Nothing happens for 5 days. Lost trust. @VerizonSupport
