Hot Take — you get better reads on paper scripts.
1. Scrolling on an iPad is a passive action which leads to passive reading.
2. Feeling where you are in a script based on the pages immerses your reader in the movie.
3. Reading on paper separates you from your phone/work.
Hard to see this as a happy ending even it's framed that way. Seems pretty grim to me but I do hope he's happier now. It all comes down to supply and demand. Too many writers, not enough jobs
