@robwynjones I wouldn’t dare send a bottle to Cardiff - instead of putting one in the fridge to cool, I have ‘decanted’ it into a coke bottle.

I made some elderflower champagne this year, but only had beer bottles to put it in.

Apparently this is a BAD IDEA, as two bottles have already exploded.

I am now trying to figure out how to drink the rest, as when we open it, two thirds of the bottle immediately evacuates.
